Yes, but only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or with prior authorization from the property.

According to Italian Law (Articles 2 and 318 of the Civil Code), minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents may stay only if the following documents are sent via email (and presented at check-in):

1. Minor’s ID/Passport.

2. A color copy of the parent/legal guardian’s ID and a signed written declaration authorizing the stay.

The declaration must explicitly state that the parents/guardians are aware of and consent to their child’s stay for the specific dates, and that the property is exempt from any civil or criminal liability. The parent remains legally responsible for the minor, including any damage, accident, or illegal act caused or suffered by the child, and agrees to indemnify and hold the property harmless from any legal responsibility.
No, we do not accept credit card payments at this time. We accept payments via bank transfer (to be completed before arrival) or cash upon check-in.
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. If you need to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance; we will do our best to accommodate an early check-in, though it is not guaranteed.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. We kindly ask you to respect this time to allow proper cleaning for the next guests. Upon departure, please do not leave dirty dishes (please start a dishwasher cycle) and ensure all trash is taken to the designated external bins.

To confirm your booking, a deposit via bank transfer is required. The balance can be paid in cash upon key handover or via bank transfer (to be completed at least 5 business days before arrival). Yes, one parking space per apartment in a private, unsupervised parking lot is included in the price.
We now operate a Key Safe (lockbox) at all of our apartments. This means that arrival can be anytime after 4pm although we ask that you let us know an approximate time so that we can ensure that the apartment is ready for you. Once the apartment has been serviced on the day we text Key Safe instructions to your mobile phone. Its that simple!
